Donations to assist with raising $6500 for this year.

Each year as I say “yes!”  to assist with raising funds for Leukemia and Lymphoma society, I am touched by the courage I see in honor patients, the stories of loved ones fighting a battle with moxie and an undaunting spirit to share an endless love for life. Each dollar raised and each step I take will help find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma.
After undergoing ankle surgery, I had no idea what it would mean in terms of continuing my participation in an endurance event.  According to the doctor running and participating in a triathlon are out for a year. To not be involved for me was not an option. In my life time I want to know that I did all I was capable of doing to help find a cure. With the doctor’s permission, I have been given the go a head to WALK the Vancouver Marathon in May. To keep my connection with the triathlon team, I will be a “support” person for  the Victoria Half-ironman.  In order to continue my passion and involvement with the team, I will once again need your support to help me  with the financial responsibilities of this adventure to raise $6,500.

After the verb "to love", the verb "to help" is the most beautiful verb in the world.
